Generally the warranty period is 12 months. It depends on different products.

What's your shipping method?

We provide comprehensive shipping methods. Usually ,we ship by DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS/EMS Express service, it is safety and fast. For large quantity orders we can also ship by buyer's cargo agent in China.

What kind of packing? No damage during transportation?

Our products are divided into two categories: small and medium size adopts knife clip isolation packaging, large size screen adopts aircraft box packaging. All packages are protected by outer box and strapping belt to ensure material safety transportation.

What is the customization process?

1-Evaluating by our engineer: 1 day 2-Send you drawing for approval: 3-5 day 3-Send you samples for approval according to your requirements of custom LCD module 4-Trial order: 6 weeks 5-Repeat order: 4-6 weeks

What kind of inspection you can provide?

Kingtech has multiple tests from material purchasing to finished products by different departments, like QA, QC, engineering etc, to guarantee all LCD are in perfect condition before shipment.

Why are Kingtech's products higher in price?

Most of our projects are industrial applications, not the consumer. The material we are using is all A grade from formal channels, with strong anti-shock capacity, anti-high-temperature capacity, high reliability and a very low rate of rejection. Every single piece of display will be inspected carefully more than 5 times. A reliability test will be done for all new projects.

What is your after-sale service?

We offer 12 months warranty. If the problem happens, we will analyze the samples and provide reports with short-term and long-term solutions. If it is our product problem, we will do the replacement.

How long can I get reply?

Within 24 hours. Chinese working time 9:00-17:30 Monday-Friday online service to help you solve problems. Also reply by phone is possible at night time and weekends.

What is product application?

Can I connect your displays to Raspberry Pi?

Many Kingtech displays already have convert board to connect with Raspberry Pi directly. If not, we can also develop one for you.

Yes, we have our own LCD factory and have the professional engineers. We hope to provide you with the best screen.

Do you accept sample order or small quantity order?

Yes, you can place sample orders for testing first, and small quantity order as pilot production (no less than MOQ).

What about the leading time?

For standard product, within 1 week for samples, 4~6 weeks for mass production;

For custom LCD module, 3~4 weeks for samples, 4~6 weeks for mass production after sample approval.

How do you guarantee the quality?

We pass ISO900, ISO14001 and TS16949 certificates.

Strict quality control Inspection is done in FOG==>LCM==>LCM+ RTP/CTP==> production online inspection==>Q.C inspection==>aging test 4 hours with load in 60 ℃ special room (as option)==>OQC

How can you guarantee stable supply?

1-We have very good source. We always check and choose the most stable supply LCD panel in the beginning.

2-When EOL happens, usually we will get notification from original manufacturer 3-6 months in advance. We prepare another LCD brand solution as replacement for you or recommend you to do last buy if your annual quantity is small or even tool up a new LCD panel if your annual quantity is big.

Can we guarantee long-term supply?

Kingtech Dispaly is the distributor of LCD panel and driver IC which are the most important materials of LCD module. Normally the LCD panel is easy to control the EOD situation. If the LCD panel end of life, Kingtech will get the news 6 months in advance, we will inform the customer and provide the replacement solution to them.
